ABOUT AMERICAN POOL SERVICES
A simpler start to finding pool-service help.
American Pool Services is a request-matching platform for homeowners in Mesa and the East Valley. We organize the details of your pool-care request so an independent provider can discuss the actual job with you.
What happens after you send a request.
Our team reviews the location, services selected and context you provide. We manually assign requests to independent organizations when a provider is available for the area and type of work. We do not automatically broadcast your details to every organization in the inbox.
The selected provider must confirm whether they can take the job, explain their scope and pricing, and arrange any visit with you. A request does not guarantee a match, appointment or price, and you decide whether to hire a provider.
What our role covers.
We help connect the homeowner and provider; we do not perform pool cleaning, water treatment or equipment work. Provider qualifications, insurance, proposed work and payment terms are matters to confirm directly before hiring. A provider assignment is not a rating or endorsement of every service that company may offer.
Why the local guides are different.
East Mesa’s guide focuses on describing debris and filter concerns. Mesa’s guide covers water-loss observations and refill planning. Gilbert’s guide discusses landscaping, spas and salt systems. Chandler’s guide helps with a service handoff, and Queen Creek’s guide highlights sewer or septic details. These are planning topics, not claims that every pool in a city has the same problem.
Guides link to public-agency information where local conditions or requirements matter. Their purpose is to help you ask a clearer question, not to diagnose a pool from a webpage or prescribe chemical treatment. Follow the linked agency’s current guidance and the provider’s assessment for your property.
Your details and your next step.
Your contact details and pool answers are sent when you choose “Send my request.” The notice beside that button explains sharing for provider follow-up. Address suggestions and first-party form analytics are described in our privacy information.
